Mina de S. Domingos
Located within the Iberian Pyrite Range, the mining area of S. Domingos has been a sought-after mining site since ancient times. In fact, its exploitation began in 1858 on behalf of the company “Mason & Barry” which continued until 1966, after more than 100 years of regular exploitation.
