Here you can find cereal mills that are powered by the passage of river water. Extraordinary works of engineering used for damming and transporting the water, spinning and power transmission machinery and powerful millstones used to crush cereal. The miller’s effort and skill were essential for this activity to succeed. The last Guadiana watermills stopped working in the 1960s.
